Ok, I bought my GTA SA from Best Buy it was 2.0 and I down graded it, I downloaded MTA before and it was working GREAT!!! I went to get on the porgram and went into map editor like I always do, but this time a Sa.Exe Error poped up it only said "This program has encountered a problem and needs to shutdown"

And thats it, I've redownloaded the files SEVERAL times and no luck.

Any help?

Update DirectX runtimes and install/repair Visual C++ 2008 SP1 runtimes.

Do you get this issue only when trying to open map editor?

No, you don't need any D3D9.dll. I was asking you to check because if there is one present, it usually causes issues. Can you answer my question about when your game crashes (only in map editor, or elsewhere)?

Still doesn't work, it crashed in the map editor and on MTA servers
