I have read the instructions and i have looked on all types of guides but i cant seem to link the SQL database to my MTA Paradise server. because of this everytime i load my server i get an error saying unable to load resource. can someone please give me a 1 on 1 to set it up.

You need a mySQL server to run mta paradise game mode, you can download xampp, it includes mySQL server and other stuff.
