Verify that you have a vorbisFile.dll in your GTASA directory. If not, buy a copy of GTASA!

Try this:

1. http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?vorbisfile

2. Then copy the VorbisFile.dll of the zip and paste on Windows/System32 and other in your GTA:SA directory

if does not work, continue reading.

If you downloaded a RIP version of GTA:SA(RIP = Without sounds), try downloading a FULL version(around 4 Gigabytes).

Install this (if it gives options for Repair or Uninstall, select Repair) and this.

EDIT: Wait, is that your GTA:SA directory? It should have more folders and files than that. Did you install it correctly? Or is it located in the "GTA SanAndreas" folder there?

Yes, it looks like GTA:SA hasn't been installed properly.

Copte, you have to get GTA:SA working properly before trying MTA. I'm guessing that you extracted it to:

D:\GTA San Andreas\GTA SanAndreas\

If so, try launching: D:\GTA San Andreas\GTA SanAndreas\gta_sa.exe
