0 Towncivilian
Verify that you have a vorbisFile.dll in your GTASA directory. If not, buy a copy of GTASA! Link to comment
0 Kerang
Try this: 1. http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?vorbisfile 2. Then copy the VorbisFile.dll of the zip and paste on Windows/System32 and other in your GTA:SA directory if does not work, continue reading. If you downloaded a RIP version of GTA:SA(RIP = Without sounds), try downloading a FULL version(around 4 Gigabytes). I hope I have helped you. Link to comment

0 Towncivilian
Install this (if it gives options for Repair or Uninstall, select Repair) and this. EDIT: Wait, is that your GTA:SA directory? It should have more folders and files than that. Did you install it correctly? Or is it located in the "GTA SanAndreas" folder there? Link to comment

Did you install it correctly? Or is it located in the "GTA SanAndreas" folder there? Yes, it looks like GTA:SA hasn't been installed properly. Copte, you have to get GTA:SA working properly before trying MTA. I'm guessing that you extracted it to: D:\GTA San Andreas\GTA SanAndreas\ If so, try launching: D:\GTA San Andreas\GTA SanAndreas\gta_sa.exe Link to comment
