Strange WTF

Hi guys , i have a problem with mta.... like this

Im click to start mta it says Stop playing with yourself and nothing happens , the game cannot open , no error etc.

i tried run as admin , installed all graphic card , re install gta + mta , ah btw i cant run normal gta sa too ,f you help me i ll feel great

go to My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files and remove file called: gta_sa.set

And subforum you choosed to post this ... it's pretty random. Moving to client support.
