Try deleting the following directories (if they exist):

C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\mods\deathmatch\resources

C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas\mods\deathmatch\resources

C:\Users\\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\mods\deathmatch\resources

C:\Users\\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas\mods\deathmatch\resources

Does this issue happen on non-Race servers?

Works fine on freerome, fallout,Deathmatch.

All other mods case the error even if I run a lan server and conect to it same error

from:clientscript.log, ERROR: Server triggered clientside event , but event is not added clientside

Ok, launch your local MTA server, and when it's fully started up, follow this link:

http://127.0.0.1:22005/killmessages/icons/chnsaw.png

You should be able to view or download a small file.

Now try this link:

http://127.0.0.1:22005/killmessages/ico ... dildo1.png

Does that work the same?
