MTA old version maps to the new version? And 1 more question

Hello, I had v1.1.2 MTA and i've been doing some maps in it some time ago, now as the new versions came out, i cannot edit those maps i made in previous version, and neither I can run 1.1.2 cause of Windows 7. Is there any way that i could convert or do something to make those maps work in newest MTA version?

Another question: How can i start scripting in MTA, didn't see any files to download the LUA or instructions to start using it.

For editing lua files you can use this or Notepad++ or anything.

Try converting maps with http://convertffs.com

I think after you create a proper resource (read basic info about resources and meta.xml on wiki) - MTA 1.0 Map editor WILL open it (but i'm not sure).
