Compiling LUA

How to compile .lua files? I want to protect my scripts.

Only client-side files could be compiled or server-side too?

There is no reason to compile serverside scripts unless people you do not trust has access to your server resources, or you're using an external webserver.

Even if you do use an external webserver it shall be configured so as to give access to the resource-cache folder (not the resource one) which only consists of the latest versions of all required clientside files. Only if the webserver was poorly configured would it give access to mta serverside files.

Well I meant if he choose to host a clone of 'resources' instead of resource-cache/http-client-files (no reason for as Kayl said), it would be the only second case where you would want to compile serverside files.
