help with port forwarding

can someone tell me what i have to press in the empty spaces so i will be able to forward my mta ports.cauz i want my mta server in the list with the others not in the lan . editing the picture with the answer and put it here will be usefule for me.thanks

windows+r -> cmd -> "ipconfig /all" -> copy the result
