Help with admin panel

Umm when i try to press p in my server then the admin panel doesnt come up is it a missing scipt or do i have to enable it somewhere i think it maybe link to this becouse my /mods/deathmatch/race/meta.xml got deleted

so please help me cause i want the admin panel

I really don't get what you mean.. every server got the original admin panel by lil toady, you only gotta add yourself to acl.xml under group admin,

also try at server console: start admin

the resource is not started maybe.
