Map Editor Bug

Hello.

The first what i say is My English is not so good So i use a Translater.

So when I open the map editor comes first nothing after a few seconds comes the window: Launches Local Sever. Well, now I wait. And wait and wait, it's just nothing ... Why?

Please help me,plsssssssss

try to reinstall newet version of mta (1.0.4) - https://mtasa.com/ to clean, new folder.
