MTA loading problem

When my MTA load i suddenly get this error :

This error just show up, since i updated to 1.0.4

Install it over your current MTA version.

Well 1.0.3 Then i updated to 1.0.4 And since then it keep showing error's even i downgrade to 1.0.3

Its fixed, I replaced the whole Date (In the GTA Sa map)

And it back worked suddenly, So i think something was broke in there but strange samp still worked on it.
