there is not way to do that..

you have to have all resources on web, if you won't - it will give download error

ive already requested somewhere to web download behave like in counter strike - first it downloads from the web, and when something is not available from web - then download directly from server

i told you - its impossible to have web download for only one resource.

and id you are hosting server on serverffs you dont need web download - their upload speed is enough i think.

just disable web download, thats all
