Costum sounds

Can i replace the infernus sound with a costum sound(recorded by me)

You can't.

Your best chance is to play this sound when vehicle accelerates and notify the player to turn down game volume

Please write it as "CUSTOM sounds", not COSTUM sounds. And, the only way is to use playSound3D in the vehicle position, and as Zango said, tell player to turn down the GTA SFX volume.
