Cop : /barrier and /911 command needed!

Hi, i have a roleplay server and only has /stinger for cops faction...

so i need a barrier to!

can anyone make a /barrier cmd script?

and i want to make multiple barriers! (And for deleting them just restarting resource)

so can anyone help?

And i want that users can call /911 Message then u see in chat

911 : HERE MESSAGE (anyone can see it)

so can somebody help?
