Mapping working doors inside your Interior

Hey guys I need someone to explain to me how to make working doors and doorframes that swing when you go through on already made interiors. Some interiors have a black box attached to the doorframe and I need help figuring out how it works and how to make it connect to other interiors. (Making a custom HQ)

some of doors are behaving like that - some not. Just find these doors that are working like you want it.
