MTA Laggs?

Hello Guys ,

I've got a question to your

By the following Video you will see at some parts screen freeze

I've never had it before after my last GTA SA and MTA reinstall

I've tried a AVG Anti Virus Programm , scanned my pc for Virus and found nothing...

Cleaned my Pc for cookies nothing has found

It shuts always my fps down ..

Is there a chance to remove the map loading bugs?

It laggs only in MTA!!!!!
