There are no free scripter, you got learn yourself or pay someone.

I think he don't.

But imagine: You can script very well. You are Lua master. Why you should join somebody, spend 3 months on scripting for them and get nothing, when you can script for yourself, and kick other servers asses with your knowledge? Most server owners are just hosting the server - this can be done by EVERYONE. But have time to learn scripting - it's something more than just double click mta-server.exe and waiting for thousands of people to send you their scripts for nothing..
