Start with downloading Unofficial MTA Script Editor Then read two short tutorials: Scripting tutorial and GUI tutorial. Get some info about resources. Also you should be interested in Debugging tutorial to spot errors in your scripts. After you got some knowledge you will also need this VERY often: Client side functions Client side events Server side functions Server side events Useful functions And word on the end: If you know nothing - you will need at least 3-4 days to make anything that's working.
