The link is only there for users that do not wish to upgrade, but still want the functionality of the Multi Theft Auto 0.x External Server Browser.

It's a manual installation package. That was only temporary while a file archive was unavailable and matches the various 0.x beta builds' archive structure only to provide a working installation of MTA.

List updated. I added the files to my mirror and updated the repack due to an issue Towncivilian stated with it. All links should be functional and correctly linked. I also put Blokker's archive as the primary download mirror in all links.
