I made video part 1 and 2, and it explains how to make a server in MTA:SA, because many people have a problems with theirs server, maybe there is an important steps the didn't apply it, here is the two videos, and I uploaded it on youtube.. anyway here is the links :

480p is DVD quality, and not HD, but it hardly matters does it?

460p HD best than 360p HD, you can watch the video obvious

but I made those videos for teaching about server not about 360p HD and shits......

That's simply but i have the problem "connection timed out" yet... Have disabled firewall but nothing =/

go to mtaserver.conf

and check HTTPPort and ServerPort and make sure its 22003

I think the most common problem people have with setting up a server is forwarding the ports.
