MTA 1.0.4 on Windows 7

I have downloaded MTA 1.0.4, I installed and it doesn't work. I can't take objects, and cars in, and it's so bad, I can't do own map .

So, if somebody have an idea what should I do, please help me

Does MTA crash or doesn't start? or does it start but you don't know how to do then?

The game is starts, and I can play, the only problem is that, I can't do own map(I can't take objects, and vehicles in), I can't play on Map editor. There aren't any ikons(object ikon, vehicle ikon, health ikon).Oh, and another thing, my SA:MP always crash, can you help me in this too?

I have Win 7 and MTA Works great ! but I'm new, i cant help you
