MTASA - CRASHES While Loading

Subject says it all.

Trying to run MTA SA on version(s) 1.0.2 / 1.0.3 / 1.0.4 and crashes while loading.

3 Minutes after this post I will make a video to show what correctly happends. << No Point in making video. (it just crashes while loading, No error.. No message(s).. nothing.)

I want any help I can get as fast as possible.

What part of loading? https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Known_Issues_-_FAQ has a fix about a crash after the splash screen.
