I wouldn't advise you to pay a scripter per 100 lines.

If the person is immoral enough he/she could take advantage of this, eg.

setElementPosition(

x,

y,

function ()

return z

end

)

Instead if I were you I would pay the scripter based on the functionality of the outcome.

If you have no clue about scripting I see that it is hard judging the quality of the script.

Or you could determine a permanent salary for as long as the scripter does what you provide of tasks.
