help Resource adding problem

hi i have a problem. i downloaded a resource for example RCG. i put it in my resources folder and when i go into the editor of MTA DM and click on the resource tab it isn't in there. same with all the other resources that i add. please help me. i dont know what to do.

U using the admin panel to find the resources right?

type in your CMD: upgrade OR in game type: /upgrade

& then it will search for new resources & then you can add them.

PS. Wait till the upgrade is done ( 10 seconds or less / more )

ok well that didn't work. it said it couldn't mind the meta.xml file for it. but its right there in the server resources folder and the mod resources folder. and when i did the upgrade it only tried to upgrade thee RCG and not the other ones.
