A few questions

I am wanting to have my server be as much like the singleplayer mode as possible. Yes I am talking about having police, peds walking and driving around, ect. I also wanna have the army base for admin's only area. How can I make it so cars normally spawn at safe houses, when someone drives off with one, another car spawns. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks.

a lot of scripting for all of that.. (if you want everything or almost, i mean starting from peds, ending on taxi missions, working on stamina etc)

somebody (cant remember who) is working on traffic peds/vehicles script AFAIK

That would be fun! Just anything with more stuff then just the other pc players. Stuff to make it more intrusting and challanging.

Is there anything with traffic/peds/police out yet?

I would be willing to help code something, but most of my programming is in php, so not sure if that will help.
