(MB = megabyte, 2Mb = megabites) you can set limitation on router if you have one.. or on good firewall (if you have one).. im not 100% sure, but 99%, you cant do that in mta.. even Apache http server needs an extension for limiting speed, so i think small internal http server in mta do not have this Link to comment
