2 same IP's in same server = Timeout

Today i've been told that some player, that connects to the server with his brother (2 pc's, router - same IP) after 10 min's or less gets Time out. After they'd connected to the same server, ping is getting higher, and when it reaches about 25k, he gets time out b'cause of too slow respond to server. If he play alone (without his brother) he won't get anything similar. Is that some kind of bug that i can report to bug tracker? Is there any fixes atm? (tested with 1.0.3)

I've seen 3-5 players connect to my server with the same IP all at once, they had ok'ish ping (about 125), and they played for about 20 minutes. They only quit because I banned one of them for hacking, and the rest ping timeout'd seconds later (but that appears to be normal when banning multiple uses on 1 IP).

I often play with multiple guys on the same server no problems at all.

Ye, that's what i thought.. but hey, then why it happens Only if they are playing in same server, if servers are different, all seems to be normal (their ping normally is 150); why ping is getting higher till 25k? it must be bug somewhere..

Are the servers they play together really popular servers with loads and loads of scripts running, and loads of players online?

They've tried many servers, it happens always and everywhere.

i bet on their internet connection. maybe some kind of firewall? if they are using some small network, admin could set up a limit of max connections to one IP, or some pririties, or whatever.. tell them to try play on another internet connection (of friend, of something) to test it.
