Are you sure the meta.xml is correct?

Paste its contents here, along with the exact list of files you've got in that map's folder.

Are you trying to host a Race server? Your post was rather vague. Nonetheless, which version of MTA:SA are you using?

Wait do I need to have MTA:SA Race? Like the server mode?

No, I was just trying to figure out what you were trying to do; i.e. whether you're trying to actually play Race (and if it's Racemod by itself, we no longer support that; upgrade to MTA:SA 1.0.3 which has Race as a gamemode) or host a dedicated server.

Have problems running MTA or are experiencing crashes? See this thread for help!

look for small/big letters (meta.xml dont equal meta.Xml), and if you are using windows, it can hide real extansion from you, maybe you have meta.xml.txt ? try to disable it in folder options
