I've got it narrowed down to High Priority Event Timer in bios I believe. If HPET is not enabled, it will stay around 64fps(like with srcds). Running an fpsbooster will put it up to 91-93. I was wondering if anyone had more information on this? Does anyone have over 100fps server side? Thank You!
