MTA Error

When I try to MTA, there always comes a error:

Could not start Grand Theft Auto: Please try restarting of if the problem persists contact MTA at http://www.Multitheftauto.com

MTA version you're trying to run?

Your OS? PC specs?

Your GTASA version? Do you have any mods installed?

Have you installed latest DirectX updates?

Have you tried reinstalling GTASA and/or MTASA?

Does single player work at all?

MTA Version: Old Version

Operating system: Windows XP Professional

PC data: mobile AMD athlon XP 2000 + 1.66 Ghz, 512MB RAM <- This is my Laptop

Yes, I have the latest DirectX updates

Singleplayer works

GTA Version: 1.00

If by old version you mean Racemod 1.1.2 (1.1.1) or DP2, then sorry, but we no longer provide support for them.

Just install the latest version - MTASA 1.0.3, it should provide you with all the gameplay experience you need. Even if you are just into racing, you can just stick to Race-only servers. You'll be as good as you were with the old version, to say the least (you'll certainly find it better than the old version due to improvements which had been made in the whole mod and the race gamemode, while still preserving its core gameplay).

I have install the new version, If I start, just black screen comes and it goes no farther ..= (
