It is possible to add tools / functions in a simple way to allow control of the vehicle or / and pedostrian for a given path?

Allowed to is the addition of pseudo-street traffic, and make race harder

Asks a question, because I do not know exactly how the vehicles are driven in the game, but it seems to me that after some path
