Map Editor Error

whan i click on the Map Editor Option The MTA Crashes and i get this error:

I presume this is MTA Race?

If it is, let's just say:

1. It's severely outdated

2. I don't know what kind of OS that is, but if it's Vista, Race doesn't work with Vista

3. A new version of MTA which can't only run race, is still supported, working with Vista and even has the capability of scripting, has been released. The current version is MTA SA 1.0.2. It includes an improved version of the map editor and it's Race gamemode is better than ever.

Yes, there are multiple versions of GTA SA.

There were a few patches which stopped most mods (except repalcing models) from working. A de-patcher is found HERE.

The problem is likely due to a "foreign" version of the executable. MTA generally only works on the US or EU versions of the GTA executable, as do the usual de-patchers.

Though we can't link to it, search for "hlm-gsaeu" to find a compatible executable.
