Start Votemap When Map end

hi i create a gamemode and i need a some help to finish the first release.

the objective is relly simple, the first in got to the checkpoint win.

but i want to star a votemap when some player got to the checkpoint

and i look some gamemodes and i couldnt find this.

plz if you know a function or code for this post here.
