FPS problem

OK, since the mta-sa 1.0 released i have very annoying lag spikes. In 1.0 before i got decresing fps and then freeze, now in 1.0.1. my fps decrease to 10-15 in a random time. Please help me it's very annoying

all of the servers. Oh and my gtasa unmodified, and have no probelms with it.

disable all applications you dont need while playing, update (or sometimes downgrade! as newer != better sometimes) your graphic card drivers

You mean 6 months, 15 days, 2 hours and 10 minutes?

Have you tried the latest untested build? Because you said "since 1.0", I guess it might be able to fix it.

I get higher in MTA, 80 vs 140. I think that people that have low FPS on MTA has single core processors. My old Pentium D lagged on DP2 though. But it was a graphics card issue, I could only run it on 640x480.

i userly get this, mostly caused by ram (for me) but since i upgraded my PC.... seems to be fine :\ 60+ fps as normal
