Increse number of car spawns

Hi all. I hope this is in the right place. Anyhow I just started playing with mta and have just been messing around trying to get a feel for things. I cant figure out how to make it so you can spawn more than 2 cars with the create button. I know its a setting in the server congfig but have been unable to find it. Does anyone know how to change this setting or maybe where there is a howto on server config?
