[REQ] Light Strobes

Hi, I was looking for somebody with the ability to make a script that allows a police car to have its lights flash as seen in this video:

I saw there's an RPG light script on the resources page, but I'm not very impressed. If somebody could so kindly script a light script similar as seen in the video (even if its just the way the headlights blink (sort of like a quick double blink as seen in the video), I'd be most happy! Also, to take it a step futhur, could you get the taillights to blink too? Thanks so much in advance!!
