No such mod installed (deathmatch) Vista 32bit

Question

When trying to connect to a server I get the error "No such mod installed (deathmatch)".

I've done everything it's told me to do in the FAQ wiki, Reinstalled MTA, updated microsoft.NET and microsoft visual studios. Everything needed to play is installed and up to date. My friend has almost the exact same specs as my comp and he can play fine. Are there any other things I can do instead of what it said in the FAQ page?

Post information about your system.

What language is your system running on, on what OS? Where are you trying to install MTA? Where is GTA installed to on your system?

And what type of account is the user you are trying to play as (Guest, Limited user, standard user, Administrator, ...)?

I also have the same problem, i can't play MTA at all.

This is the output in console when i try to join a server or use the map editor:

Unable to load deathmatch's DLL (reason: The specified procedure could not be found.)

I run Windows 7 X64 with admin access.

I've tried to reinstall MTA but with no success.

Any help would be good :(

For some reason admins always ignore this problem, some other guy made a thread like this and no one replied.

Yeah, and I'm probably gonna get my character deleted due to being inactive
