Error downloading requested files. (Download Error #0-52) (Empty reply from server)

He hasn't got an antivirus and he says that standart Windows Firewall (Windows Brandmower or smth) is always off.

If I dont' take a mistake, his internet is 128kbit/s or smth.

He's not online, so I haven't got much information.

He lives in Russia, Salavat
