MTA crash after "Stop play with yourself" and 2nd error

I open mta and after "Stop play with yourself" error "exception processing message 0xc0000135 parameters 0x75bb92A0 0x75bb92A0 0x75bb92A0 0x75bb92A0"

and next error after this "grand theft auto sa tpe..."ET directx 'O KPA-HE- MEPE BERCГГ 9.0". I try open MTA on Vista. Smbd can help me? (helped)

I can play mtasa 1.0 but when i start mta race after "Stop play.." nothing, i read in faq and rename client.dll. it's all good mta started but when i choose server mta type error "can't .."race" mode". what i should do?
