MTA Nightly - Element Creation Panel

I have a problem , my Element creation panel is invisible.I've started MTA server.exe and then connect but when i'm connected i don't see element creation panel.Why ?

Please help me fast

PS: When i'm starting MTA server.exe and typing "start editor" i have 1 error "ERROR: editor_main: couldn't load edf file.

Are you sure you have all the resources required for the editor? And are you also sure you have the latest version of the editor?

Use Nightly r1292 until this is fixed.

the map editor is great!! although still buggy... sometimes my maps just wont load at all, notihng has changed with them, but the editor refuses to open it. or the details like weather, time, gravity etc all get reset when i save the map again.
