how to change kph for mph

so so for the time of the day could u give me a example but not to complete so i just don't copy and paste it, so i can learn from it.

and the thing of what i want to to change the kph for the mph is that the other pic is MPH on top then kph and if i use it this way the speedometer just throws out wrong mph.
