c in I ordered some spaghetti with marinara sauce and I got egg noodles and ketchup. I'm an average nobody.

MTA SA dosen't work for me when i try to play it it says "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_33.dll was not found.Re-installing the application may fix this problem." And i tried Re-installing it but it dose the same thing.

plzz help! :|
