run time error 75

i've looked to the other posts reguarding this problem,but i still can't run this program.

it says:

run time error 75

path/file access error.

Now 'i've checked the path,the name of the executable/s (which is Gta3.exe and Mta.exe) and everything is in place.

I have Windows Millenium Edition,i've updated gta3 with the 1.1 version,my gta3 is an european version and i have a computer with 1,3 ghz.

Can someone help me?
