Mta race (client) - need help :(

I use mta normally just to make maps for sa-mp , but i decided to check out mta:sa servers .... but none of them load for me . I know there's 100's of topics regarding this , but the ones i found didnt state a HOW they fixed it , just that they did . Can someone help
