The Savage Killer Posted August 21, 2008 Posted August 21, 2008 whenever i try to start up a map using the map manager from the console i get this error, > Starting ls-hl > Failed to start resource item losSantos.map in ls-hl > start: Failed to start resource 'ls-hl' > ERROR: mapmanager: map resource could not be started. the map and meta are exactly like the ones on the wiki! any ideas?

The Savage Killer Posted August 21, 2008 Author Posted August 21, 2008 actually no i didn't have any typos, it had some weird thing to do with notepad++ since every time i opened the .map file I'd switch to XML, i created a new one without switching languages and pasted everything from the old one into it and now it works. EDIT: although right now i can't use the spawn manager's create spawn points function, thoughts?
