Can't download Deathmatch client

When i go to the downloads section and click on downloads it takes me to this page http://www.multitheftauto.com/deathmatch.html which is a blank page with no files. How am I supposed to play the latest version if there is no download?

You can't play death match anyway. The serial system is required for installation. And the serial system is down atm.
