Rebinding 'r' (use special item)

I'm left handed (so I use the arrow keys) which makes it difficult for me to use any of my special items in stealth, because I have to go across to the other side of the keyboard to press r.

Is there a console command or something that allows me to bin 'use special item' to a different button?

When joining or hosting a server? When joining you might want to use a keybinder, when hosting you might want to change bindKey command to change it.
