MTA should celebrate on Sept 3 when the final ruling is made.

Its about time R* and other companies had some breathing space. It was understandable the first time, were talking years back, but after that his mouth wouldn’t close. I wonder what his little followers have got to say about this.

It's too bad they removed the transcripts of the court session. You could see from those that he was trying to stall the court, going into arguments about trivial things like where his podium should be tilted/moved. It was kindof childish really.
