[BETA1] Scoreboard bug dp3 test

Bug report from dp3 test:

Sometimes there are 2 scoreboards on top of each other, and at other times

the normal scoreboard is bugging by not showing kills, deaths, ping and only showed about 20 / 40 of server's players.

I got that bug too, at first it worked fine but after a while ping+kills dissappears.

just the second scoreboard resource has been on the start up list, not a bug
